Combat Stress Things That Cause This are State of Mind, Causing Us To Be Stressed Out, External Forces can Influence This.
How to Combat Stress!
Stress can be a very destructive element in our lives and it is caused by the state of or mind and sometimes we just don't realize we are getting stressed out; external forces can be one influence.
If it be a loved one who is in danger, or even a news article that triggers a past gone event that was bad for you, all of these things can cause stress.
Fear of the unknown is the biggest stress maker you can have in your life. Say you are on your way to the dentist and you don't really know what is going to happen when you get there. The adrenaline kicks in because of that fear of the unknown. You arrive at the dentist, sit in the waiting room and you can hear a scream inside the door. Your mind would jump to; somebody is getting a tooth pulled out or they are drilling somebodies tooth.
The real reality of that little story is, you would not know what was really going on behind that door, so your mind creates a panic scenario in your head. The staff could have been listening to a radio show or somebody might have kicked their foot.
It is what we let our conscious mind believe that does the damage to ourselves.
So remember try to fill your lives with enjoyment and mentally place your self in a friendlier state of mind. Exercise each day and put your self into an enjoyable situation at least once per day. Preferably more than that each day.
Remember a lot of stress can be just a state of mind.
